I get it — life happens!
I totally understand that plans can change. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, no problem — I just ask that you give us as much notice as possible so I can offer that time to another client.​

More than 48 hours notice – No fee, appointment can be rescheduled or canceled without charge.

24 hours or less 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

No-show – 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Running late?
​If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule and it might count as a late cancellation.
I know that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. If there’s an emergency or special circumstance, please reach out — I will always try to be understanding and fair.

​Waivers & Liability
Guests may be required to fill out a waiver for select services. I am more than happy to go through the waiver with my guests and answer any inquiries before beginning service. Refusal to sign required waivers will result in being unable to service said guest.
Business Hours
​Please refer to the hours of operation. It is important for me to have time outside of work for myself and my family.
Phone calls, text messages and emails will only be answered during business hours. If you need to contact me outside of those hours, please leave a detailed message and I will get back to you once my business hours resume. If you are wishing to cancel or make changes to an appointment before the 24-hour mark, please leave a message and your appointment will be cancelled/changed penalty free once business hours resume.

​​Privacy
Please note that your credit card information will NOT be used or kept for any purposes outside of late and no-show fees or paying for your services at the time of check out. Credit card information is confidential and will not be given out to third parties.

All other types of personal information are kept confidential. I am the only person who has access to client records. The information will never be sold or shared and is kept private for your protection.
